We have been assured by our legal advisors that there is a very small chance of any legal efforts cancelling our beloved Fireworks. Which means the show will go on despite the letter issued to us by the Coastal Environmental Rights Foundation (CERF) urging us to cancel the 25th Anniversary Fireworks Show.
There is no definitive evidence suggesting Firework launched from our Cove pollute or pose any dangers to our coastal environment.
La Jolla Community Fireworks Foundation is a nonprofit corporation, currently seeking 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. Your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations will be used by the La Jolla Community Fireworks Foundation to promote patriotism and community spirit by preserving the annual Fourth of July fireworks display and concert for the community of La Jolla and the citizens of San Diego County.
